The Eco Sirius LED lights emit a perfect, powerful light of a very high quality, although they have the advantages of a low price and low electricity consumption. With an elegant, extra-flat aluminium design, they are equipped with “Dual Light” – white LEDs and blue LEDs – and with independent switches.Their plastic hangers included adapt easily to almost any aquarium, as they are available in a wide range of sizes from 40cm to 150cm. Their hinges are also folding for easier access to the inside of the aquarium.These lights are especially recommended for Garden aquariums with fresh plants, but are also ideal for Standard and Reef marine aquariums.

How the C2400 External Filter works

The major feature of this type of filter is its excellent output (better than conventional filters). Its powerful cleaning system is based on both mechanical and biological filtering.During each filtering cycle, the water first passes through the porous sponge where the main impurities are caught. It then goes through the activated charcoal that eliminates any bad smells and gives the water shine. In a 3^rd stage, the water runs through the ceramic tubes that encourage the growth of nitrifying bacteria, which is known as biological filtration because these are responsible for eliminating ammonia. Lastly, any minor impurities are eliminated in the filter wool.

Powerful, effective and silent

All of this involves a water flow of up to 3,000 L/h and a power of 40W in the case of the filter without a sterilisation light, which means that a large aquarium, such as one holding 300L, completes 10 cycles per hour.
